Secretary of a decentralized unit

Job description ##

In your capacity as secretary, you participate in the smooth running of the administrative and financial platform of the Crenol region and collaborate continuously with psychologists, speech therapists and psychomotor therapists in the school environment.

Responsibilities ##

• Coordinate the reception and management of new service requests (psychology, speech therapy and psychomotricity in the school environment) and manage the entire administrative process of children's files.
• Assist in the administrative management of personnel and the monitoring of training-supervisions
• Support the day-to-day management of the secretariat of the administrative and financial platform. Participate in the process of administrative support to teams.

Qualifications ##

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent title
• At least 5 years of experience in a secretariat or public administration.
