Head HR What to expect You are responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the HR department and further develop our People strategy in line with our growth course You develop new and expand existing HR processes, structures, and systems that scale with us You manage HR controlling, KPIs, reporting, as well as budget processes You drive employer branding and recruiting strategy so that we continue to position ourselves as a top employer in the fiercely competitive IT job market You promote the AI skill shift by empowering our employees to integrate AI naturally into their daily work routine, and anchor a culture of continuous learning You actively shape our culture, including topics such as further education and career models (specialist vs. management career paths) You are a sparring partner and contact person for the executive board and managers in all personnel-related and labor law matters You are part of the Corporate Center and work closely with Finance, Marketing, and the executive board You keep an eye on labor law, regulatory, and compliance topics and find possible solutions What you bring Sound HR training as well as at least 5 years of experience in an HR function, ideally in a high-growth, technology-driven, or consulting-oriented environment Sound experience in building and further developing HR structures in a dynamic, agile environment Leadership personality with experience in leading and further developing HR teams Intuition for the needs of IT specialists and an understanding of the challenges in recruiting in a market with a high shortage of skilled workers Proficient handling of HR KPIs, MS Office, and ERP systems; ideally Abacus Proficient German and English skills Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and the ability to act both strategically and operationally Curious, open, and humorous personality who enjoys working in an incredibly great team We are looking for you – become part of our team We live agility, courage for innovation, and passion not only in the front-end, but also in the back-end. In the role of Head HR, you take over the leadership of our approximately 11-person HR team, which covers the areas of HR Shared Services, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) Switzerland/Germany, and actively contribute to the daily business.
