As a Service Owner, you take over the support for your services, steer their further development and ensure sustainable benefit through entrepreneurial thinking. Service Owner (m/f/d) THIS IS WHAT YOU DO * You take responsibility for the operation and further development of IT services or build up new services * You plan and steer the service costs, including budgeting, forecasting, recharging (service-to-service) and controlling * You take care of license management (orders, renewals, compliance), are the link to our partners and ensure cost transparency * You create and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) for internal and external customers and ensure their compliance * You work closely with internal specialist departments, external partners as well as the IT organization and bring requirements, developments and changes together in a structured manner * You maintain a strategy as well as a roadmap for the further development of your IT service together with the Product Manager THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING * Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration (FH/HF/FA) or a comparable qualification * Experience in IT Service Management, application management or in a comparable role * Interest and/or experience in financial management (budget responsibility, cost management, recharging models) * Experience in creating and managing SLAs is a plus * ITIL Foundation certification or the willingness to acquire it * An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as high initiative * Ownership is not just a term for you, but an attitude that you live daily * Strong communication skills in German (oral and written) and enjoyment of exchange with various stakeholders THIS IS US We at Bison do not want to become your new family.
