Your new job * Training and accompanying our apprentices at eye level -- from the basic apprenticeship year through the specialized training to the successful completion of the apprenticeship * Building and operating our training labs around Linux/Windows Server, virtualization, cloud infrastructures, containers and automation * Further developing the training concepts and operational education plans according to the current educational regulation (BiVo) * Coordinating practical assignments in the specialist teams and supporting the practical trainers with project work, educational reports and in the qualification procedure (IPA) * Collaborating with parents, vocational schools, intercompany courses (ÜK) and authorities as well as participating in trial days, information events and in recruiting new apprentices What you bring with you * Joy in accompanying young people on their way into professional life and inspiring them for IT * Vocational training in Informatics EFZ or equivalent training * Sound know-how in platform development * Experience in training apprentices, ideally with a vocational trainer course or pedagogical further education (SVEB, EHB) -- or the willingness to complete these * Proficiency in conceptually developing training plans, and a confident appearance towards apprentices, parents and specialist teams How much you earn Your gross salary for a 100 % workload is in the range of 105'000 and 120'000 Franken per year, depending on your previous knowledge and experience.
