Job Description Your mission The Real Estate Management pilots the accommodation strategy for beneficiaries and the deployment of administrative premises for the institution. It optimizes the management of its real estate portfolio and also ensures, on mandate, the management of the assets of several private foundations. Reporting to the Real Estate Management, you are responsible for constructing the institutional governance of human safety and fire for Hospice général. In this capacity, you define the strategic framework, governance rules and operating methods allowing for the assurance of coherent, efficient and sustainable management of safety across all sites of the institution, in close collaboration with the General Management and the concerned managements. Guarantor of the safety of people and property, you ensure the offering of a safe and secure environment to female and male employees, beneficiaries as well as partners of the institution, while ensuring the protection of the real estate assets of Hospice général. In a context of organizational transformation, you pilot the structuring of the security function and accompany the evolution of teams, practices and the institutional culture. You develop an approach based on prevention, risk anticipation and continuous improvement, in order to sustainably strengthen risk control and the efficiency of human, organizational and financial resources. A true partner of the Real Estate Management, you federate the managements, operational teams, authorities and external partners around a common vision of security, at the service of the social mission of Hospice général. Your main activities Governance and security strategy You construct and implement the institutional governance of human safety and fire by defining roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes and steering bodies; You elaborate the institutional security strategy as well as the roadmap allowing for its progressive deployment; You define the frameworks, standards, procedures and action plans guaranteeing a harmonized approach across all sites; You develop steering tools, dashboards and performance indicators in order to measure the effectiveness of the system and support decision-making; You ensure permanent regulatory monitoring and guarantee the compliance of systems with cantonal requirements and standards in force; You elaborate, pilot and monitor the budget of the security service, ensuring efficient use of resources and the achievement of set objectives; You identify investment priorities, propose necessary arbitrations and ensure the financial follow-up of projects and services related to security. Management and coordination You ensure the management of a team of approximately fifteen female and male employees specialized in the fields of human safety and fire; You accompany the development of skills, promote team engagement and establish a culture of responsibility, prevention and performance; You mobilize and accompany teams in order to develop a common culture of security and to strengthen transversality between the different sites; You develop relationships of trust with managements, site managers, female and male employees of the institution, as well as with cantonal authorities, emergency services and institutional partners; You pilot contracts and services related to human safety and fire, ensure the quality of services provided and ensure efficient management of external partners. Transformation, prevention and continuous improvement You develop a security approach based on risk anticipation, protection of people and continuous improvement; You identify levers for improvement and lead projects allowing for the optimization of human, organizational and financial resources; You contribute to making security a lever of trust, service quality and performance for the benefit of employees, beneficiaries and partners of the institution. Operational steering You supervise the management of major incidents, coordinate feedback and ensure the follow-up of corrective actions; You realiz
