• Professional preparation of all dishes on the night menu
• Production and provision of mise-en-place, including cleaning work
• Relieving the chef de partie during the night shift
• Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness
• Compliance with quality and safety standards

• Completed vocational training as a chef EFZ
• Experience in a similar position in the luxury hotel industry
• Knowledge of all classic cooking methods
• High degree of personal responsibility
• Charming, well-groomed personality with a service-oriented attitude
• Good language skills in German and English
