Your mission: You ensure and apply interdisciplinary coordination within the EMS. You supervise and support interdisciplinary teams in their mission with elderly people You ensure the follow-up of support and assistance projects for residents and their loved ones You promote the vision of global and personalized support for the resident, by applying the principles of the Montessori method, Humanitude, or a similar approach. You ensure the development of employee skills and the improvement of specific supports in Geriatrics. You actively participate in the internal training implemented to improve interdisciplinary best practices. You participate in the preventive and therapeutic measures of your establishment in collaboration with the other support teams of the Pôle grand Age and network partnerships (mobile teams). You develop and maintain partnerships with the Vaudois healthcare network You manage the budgets associated with support (Care and Animation), PLAISIR funding, and the human resources of the people for whom you have hierarchical responsibility, in compliance with the CCT. You ensure the follow-up of projects in connection with the strategic orientations of the Foundation. Your profile: HES nursing degree Additional training in management (CAS, DAS, MAS, or other equivalent title Confirmed experience in team management (minimum 5 years) Ability to drive change and lead projects Recognized skills in Geriatrics and successful previous experience, with - at least - 5 years of experience.
