After-Sales Service Technician in household appliances (M/F)

Your mission

Diagnose faults and malfunctions in household appliances Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance interventions Ensure the commissioning and control of appliances Replace defective parts and carry out necessary adjustments Perform functional tests after intervention Intervene directly with private and/or professional clientele Advise customers on the use and maintenance of their appliances Ensure the follow-up of interventions and complete technical reports Guarantee quality service and optimal customer satisfaction

Your profile

CFC in a technical field (electricity, electronics, electromechanics or equivalent training), or solid professional experience in troubleshooting household appliances Confirmed experience in after-sales service and household appliance troubleshooting Good knowledge of electricity and fault diagnosis Ability to intervene autonomously at customers' premises Good technical and manual skills Autonomous, organized, rigorous and solution-oriented person Excellent sense of service and good contact with customers Good command of French Category B driving license indispensable
