As Regional Manager Livique / Lumimart, you will take on operational and personnel responsibility for 21 points of sale in the West region (area from the western part of the Mittelland to Geneva and Brig) with around 250 employees as well as 21 directly subordinate store managers. Tasks • You bear revenue and cost responsibility up to EBITDA level and ensure consistent controlling. • You implement the business unit strategy of Livique/Lumimart in the points of sale and are responsible for quality standards as well as product presentation according to visual merchandising specifications. • You participate in the development of annual plans and budgets and work closely with the company manager as well as internal departments such as purchasing, marketing, logistics, HR, and finance. • You coordinate and accompany new openings, closures, and renovations and actively participate in projects. Requirements • You are a strong leadership sales personality with several years of experience in the furnishing industry and have a business administration background (University of Applied Sciences level). • You are communicative, independent, and entrepreneurial-minded -- with a consistent customer focus and the ability to inspire teams and motivate them to achieve top performance. • You have very good German and French skills in speaking and writing and are familiar with the mentality and cultural specifics of French-speaking Switzerland. • You are proficient in MS Office and possess a category B driving license (high level of travel).
