What you achieve ##

• Recording, checking, and processing claim cases (primarily during hail events)
• Customer contact via telephone and e-mail: providing information, requesting documents, clarifying inquiries
• Organization of hail drive-ins (e.g., appointment planning, coordination with partners/experts)
• On-site participation in drive-ins to support the process
• Payment of claim cases according to specifications and internal guidelines
• Collaboration with internal partners (vehicle experts, specialist department, etc.)
• General administrative tasks related to the claims processes
• Fixed-term until June 2027

What you bring ##

• Commercial or insurance-related basic training with experience in the insurance or finance industry or claims processing
• Proficient German skills are a must, French and/or Italian are an advantage
• Affinity for IT and pleasure in learning new systems
• Enjoyment of customer contact and working in an agile, lively environment
• Resilient and flexible, especially during increased claim volume (e.g., after storms)
