The [Département de médecine](< >) (DMED) is composed of 14 medico-nursing entities (12 medical services, 1 Unité d'investigation et de traitements brefs (UITB) and the Centre de transfusion sanguine (CTS)) notably with the particularity of having technical platforms (including interventional cardiology and digestive and pulmonary endoscopy) within its organization, several treatment and care platforms (biological treatments, photopheresis and medical care), 1 hospital and outpatient dialysis center. 3 rehabilitation and habilitation programs. Administrative Clerk for Admissions in the Department of Medicine -- 100% Within the team of the Centre d'admission et de facturation du Département de médecine (CAF), you are in charge of ensuring the reception and admission of patients according to the procedures and rules in force. You provide information to anyone who presents themselves at admissions and are the guarantor of identity vigilance from an administrative point of view. You manage rejections related to non-compliant information. Your interpersonal skills and communication abilities allow you to welcome all patients with excellent service quality. You specifically know how to act in a diplomatic and calm manner when faced with a dissatisfied or nervous person. As the first contact, you embody the image of the institution through your work. Furthermore, you ensure the coordination of transport means for patients who require it. In the same way, you offer a personalized service to vulnerable patients in collaboration with internal support partners such as social workers or the complex cases unit. Within the team, you participate in a dynamic of service continuity by taking over from your colleagues in case of absence and by promoting the exchange of information within the team. You do not hesitate to improve your skills in your activities by requesting appropriate help. More generally, you contribute to all activities aimed at improving the quality of services. Qualifications You possess a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training. You have perfect mastery of the French language. You have knowledge of English or another language. You master HUG software (DPA, GRECO, DPI, etc.). You have previous experience in a field related to reception and/or health. You have the capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team. You are able to undertake and manage several tasks simultaneously, have a sense of organization, planning and priorities. You have tact, courtesy and a keen sense of human relations. You possess strong stress resistance and demonstrate discretion.
