What is my function? HR Business Partner (m/f/d) - Do you enjoy being on the move and really want to make a difference? For our client, we are looking for a motivated personality as an HR Business Partner to look after around 15 locations in German-speaking Switzerland and Romandie. No two days are the same - you are on the move, close to the teams, and actively help shape HR. What awaits you You are the first point of contact for around 300-400 employees and support them in HR topics. You create employment contracts, contract amendments, terminations, and job references - legally correct and with much tact. You also conduct demanding conversations and find suitable solutions together with managers. You accompany employees during their entire Employee Journey - from the first working day to departure. (Payroll administration is not part of your area.) You advise and support managers in all HR matters and are a sparring partner at eye level. ? You ensure that labor law requirements as well as the LGAV Gastronomie are complied with. You support the recruitment of new talents and ensure a successful start into the company. You are regularly on the move at the various locations and value the direct exchange with the teams. What do I need to be successful? Very good French skills or bilingualism (German/French) in spoken and written form for the professional support of the French-speaking locations and employees Sound SAP knowledge Experience in a comparable position as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar personnel consulting function Strong communication skills and negotiating skills, especially in challenging conversation situations Independent, structured, and pragmatic way of working What are my advantages?
