Your Task ##

• Processing of orders, repairs, and returns in the system
• Telephone and written support of customer inquiries
• Support of the field service and interface function internally as well as externally
• Monitoring of orders as well as creation of invoices and credit notes
• Maintenance of master data in ERP and CRM systems

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial training and experience in customer service
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of contact
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working with a sense of responsibility
• High IT and system affinity, especially MS Office, ERP, CRM
• Very good German skills, good English and French skills
