It is mandatory so that we can process your applicationðŸ- Tasks ## The role consists of acting as a strategic advisor to department heads to optimize human capital management and support organizational transformations. • Strategically support 4 to 10 managers on human and organizational challenges • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) for HR • Drive recruitment and talent management processes • Implement transformation projects and support change • Ensure workforce planning and succession management • Strengthen leadership skills through coaching and workshops • Guarantee equity, psychological safety, and compliance with the legal framework We are looking for ### • Fluent mastery of French and English for internal processes • Strong skills in strategic HR support and talent management • Demonstrated ability to drive recruitment and workforce planning • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and fluid environment • Excellent communication and self-assertion (assertiveness) skills Our recruitment process ## This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
