What you bring ##

• Several years of experience in gastronomy (ideally initial management experience)
• The pleasure of taking on responsibility and qualities of a host
• Flexibility in working hours (morning and evening service, including room service)
• Availability to also work on weekends and public holidays
• High resistance to stress as well as an autonomous and reliable way of working

Your tasks ##

• Replacement of the Service Manager in their absence
• Operational management of the service during service, active participation in your own station
• Management and support of the service team
• Ensuring the smooth running of the service
• Taking care of our customers at a high level
• Banquet, seminar, and à la carte service
• Participation in duty planning and the integration of new employees
• Carrying out preparatory and cleaning work
• Ensuring compliance with our quality and service standards
