Head of TU (m/f) Succession perspective with entrepreneurial responsibility Our client is an established company in the Greater Zurich area with around 25 employees. For over 30 years, the company has been successfully active in the fields of architecture, general contracting, project development, and real estate financing. As a client, the company plans and realizes almost exclusively its own projects and benefits from a long-standing network of entrepreneurs, suppliers, and investors. As part of a long-term planned succession arrangement, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurially minded personality as Head of TU (m/f). Your tasks. You will initially take on the function as deputy to the Head of General Contracting and work in an established team on demanding structural engineering projects. In doing so, you are responsible for the local site management and project management across all projects, control costs, schedules, and quality, and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and clients. Thanks to a carefully planned handover, you will be gradually introduced to leadership responsibility and will take over the management of the entire TU division in the medium term. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to actively help shape the future development of the company as a member of the management team and take on entrepreneurial responsibility. Your profile. You have training as a structural draughtsman with further training as a site manager or technician TS. You bring at least ten years of professional experience in construction and project management in Switzerland and have sound knowledge in the areas of cost management, scheduling, and execution. Dealing with contractors, authorities, and clients is easy for you, and you are experienced in using Messerli Bauadministration. Leadership experience is welcome, but not a prerequisite. Decisive are your willingness to take on responsibility, your entrepreneurial thinking, and your interest in a long-term development perspective. The offer.
