On behalf of one of our partners, a 5-star establishment recognized for the quality of its services and its high-end positioning in the heart of the prestigious Zermatt resort, we are currently looking for a: F&B Manager (H/F) Job description As an F&B Manager, you will supervise all of the establishment's food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and events. You will ensure the smooth running of daily operations while guaranteeing a fluid, elegant, and personalized customer experience. You will be in charge of managing and supporting the operational teams, with the goal of uniting your collaborators around a demanding and benevolent service culture. You will actively participate in the recruitment, training, and development of teams in order to maintain a high level of performance and engagement. In close collaboration with the management and the head chefs, you will contribute to defining the F&B offer, optimizing revenues, and controlling operational costs. You will also ensure respect for budgets, internal procedures, and hygiene and safety standards in force. With a strong presence on the ground, you will be able to anticipate customer needs, manage delicate situations with professionalism, and guarantee constant quality standards in all food and beverage areas. Sought-after profile You have solid experience in a similar function within a high-end or luxury hotel establishment and possess excellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations. A true field leader, you are recognized for your ability to inspire, structure, and support teams in a demanding and dynamic environment. Results-oriented and customer satisfaction-focused, you demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a keen sense of detail, and a great ability to adapt. Your proactive approach and relational ease allow you to evolve efficiently with an international clientele. You have a perfect command of French and English; any other language is a additional asset. A good knowledge of F&B management tools and performance indicators is also expected.
