Your tasks

• Support with administrative and organizational tasks in building management
• Administration of access, locking and authorization systems
• Processing of invoices, account assignments and settlements
• Collaboration in energy controlling as well as in data and master data maintenance
• Management of signage, staff apartments and other infrastructure topics

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or comparable training
• Several years of experience in an administrative function, ideally in facility or building management
• Confident handling of MS Office and digital systems
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Service-oriented personality with strong organizational talent
• Very good German skills and a flair for numbers
• Experience with ERP systems SAP, personnel planning Polypoint PEP, CAFM WaveWare is an advantage
