YOUR MISSIONS • You are the first point of contact for our customers with your team. • You respond professionally and with pleasure to customers' telephone inquiries regarding invoices, payments, fees and mobile payment solutions such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay. • You actively identify customer needs and propose complementary value-added services (up- and cross-selling). • Your working hours are planned flexibly from Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00, with the possibility of working from home. YOUR PROFILE • You have experience in customer service / contact center and you feel comfortable in a dynamic and service-oriented environment. • You communicate with confidence and professionalism in German and French. • You demonstrate empathy towards our customers, identify their needs and find suitable solutions even in demanding situations. • You maintain an overview even with several simultaneous requests and work with ease in a technically demanding environment.
