The role will also provide expertise in HR operations, ensuring smooth processes and effective knowledge transfer during a key HR transformation phase. Main Responsibilities • Workplace conflict resolution and mediation: provide advice, support, or escalate issues as appropriate. • Analyze employee relations cases to identify learning opportunities and offer targeted training to managers. • Offer coaching and personnel insights to managers. • Act as a subject matter expert for HR operations activities. • Ensure the smooth running of HR processes and the effective handover of key activities. • Collaborate with HR operations and the shared services center to continuously improve processes and service delivery. • Work closely with the HRBP to align HR strategies with business objectives. • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations. • Provide HR reports with key insights. Qualifications • Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, or mediation. • Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, regulations, and HR practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Reliable, structured, and solution-oriented working style; high level of autonomy. • Native French with professional proficiency in English, preferably fluent in Italian and/or German. • Experience working in matrix organizations is an advantage. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
