It provides the economy with the necessary labor force and combats cases of abuse. Your working environment We are responsible for the enforcement of foreign nationals and asylum legislation at the Office for Migration and Integration (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dvi/migration-integration) and implement the integration policy of the Confederation and the Canton. We issue permits for foreign persons, carry out labor market controls, and ensure the enforcement of illegal employment legislation. We advise foreigners who wish to return and enforce the deportations ordered by the Canton and the Confederation.
