What you can achieve • You receive telephone inquiries and ensure professional support for our customers. • In addition, you answer written requests via our digital channels such as email, live chat, or social media. • You work with various systems such as SAP or CRM. • If you have never heard of SAP or CRM before, do not worry. You can also make a lateral or re-entry with us. • In this case, you will receive several weeks of professional training and support from our communication professionals. Even after your induction, we always have an open ear for your questions. • With us, you work neither at night nor on Sundays - in return, partially in the home office! Our attractive working hours are Monday to Friday, 07.30 - 18.00 and occasionally Saturdays until 12:00. What you bring with you • You have a completed basic vocational training EFZ. A lateral or re-entry is possible. • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people will help you to optimally support our customers. • With initiative and solution-oriented thinking, you process the requests of our customers effectively and successfully. • You enjoy working with digital tools and even if you are not yet familiar with all programs, you learn quickly. • You have very good knowledge of a first national language and very good knowledge of a second national language. English is an advantage.
