Your tasks

• Do you have an international flair? You check and clarify the obligation to provide benefits for healing costs from abroad
• At the center is the cooperation with our emergency assistance service in case of emergencies abroad and the implementation of bilateral treaties with the EU
• The checking and billing of outpatient invoices as well as complaints about invoices are also part of your tasks
• You issue guarantees of payment, check incoming invoices and create the tariff-compliant billing and payment
• You create correspondence according to templates as well as independently
• You are the contact person for complex inquiries for insured persons and service providers

Your profile

• You have completed basic training in the medical field (e.g., MPA) or supplemented commercial training with basic medical knowledge
• Experience in the health insurance industry (benefits) is desired and an advantage
• You work very efficiently, accurately, responsibly and like to take on responsibility
• You enjoy customer contact and attach great importance to friendly, professional and solution-oriented communication
• Your networked thinking enables you to process complex issues independently
• You communicate very well both orally and in writing in German and French, any additional language is a plus
