August 2026 or by agreement Homeoffice possible Exciting tasks await: <br /> • Consulting and supporting the department management and our departments (Computer Science, Real Estate, Finance, Agriculture, Statistics and General Secretariat) • Accompanying public procurements in the areas of Computer Science and Real Estate • Leading and/or accompanying legal regulation projects • Drafting reports from the department as part of political processes and working in interdisciplinary projects • Creating and reviewing contracts, supporting departments in legal proceedings and contract negotiations • Checking state liability claims and ensuring damage settlement <br /> What you bring: <br /> • Completed law master's degree supplemented with a lawyer's patent • Initial professional experience as a lawyer • Analytical thinking and an efficient and methodical approach • Interest in dealing with complex legal issues • Customer orientation, independent and solution-oriented work as well as good negotiating skills • Confident appearance, precise linguistic expression and the ability to work interdisciplinary <br /> Your work environment The Department of Finance and Resources (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dfr) with around 650 employees is responsible as a cross-sectional department for ensuring that the canton has the necessary resources for task fulfillment. The General Secretariat (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dfr/ueber-uns/organisation/generalsekretariat) plans, controls and coordinates the overarching strategic and operational administrative activity. The employees provide partnership-based and effective leadership support for the department head and the departments. The services include communication, personnel management, business planning and controlling, accounting, project coordination, legal service and quality assurance.
