What awaits you? ##

Your versatile area of responsibility includes:

• Personnel and professional leadership of the back office team as well as promotion and training of employees and apprentices
• Ensuring efficient back office processes, high master data quality and effective internal bank key controls
• Support, advice and reporting to the bank management in the areas of compliance, regulations, governance and corporate management
• Responsibility for compliance, data protection and regulatory topics (including regulatory system, cross-border, FATCA and AIA)
• Independent processing of complex legal special cases such as inheritances, deaths, KESB cases, production orders, seizures and bankruptcy proceedings
• Contact person for internal and external audits, authorities and specialist offices in the responsible subject areas

What do you bring with you? ##

• Completed banking training, preferably supplemented by further training in the field of compliance, banking, law or leadership
• Sound knowledge in the areas of compliance, anti-money laundering as well as regulatory requirements in the banking environment
• Several years of experience in the back office or in a comparable specialist or leadership function
• Leadership experience is an advantage or the willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• High level of independence, reliability and flexibility
• Professionally sound, business- and solution-oriented as well as exact way of working
• Enjoyment in working with various stakeholders
