Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you manage a portfolio of suppliers and categories of food and non-food products. Thanks to your expertise, you are a key player in the creation of value for the Group, reconciling economic performance, quality, innovation, and responsible purchasing, while meeting the needs of the Group's establishments at the national level. Your missions: As part of your function, you deploy the purchasing strategy in your portfolio. To this end, you manage the referencing of new suppliers, ensure sourcing, and contribute to the optimization of the product range. You build and develop sustainable partnerships with suppliers, lead calls for tenders, and negotiate commercial, contractual, and logistical conditions, with a focus on long-term performance and collaboration. You also ensure permanent monitoring of markets, innovations, consumption trends, and the evolution of raw materials, in order to anticipate opportunities and risks. Guarantor of the quality and continuity of supplies, you manage supplier audits, non-conformity monitoring, and risk management related to suppliers and products, with the aim of ensuring the satisfaction of internal clients. Finally, you monitor and analyze the performance of your portfolio using key indicators and digital tools, and propose the necessary actions for continuous improvement. Your profile: You hold a higher education degree of the HES, Bachelor, or Federal Certificate of Specialist in Purchasing and Procurement type, or a deemed equivalent education. You have proven experience in a purchasing function, ideally acquired in the agri-food, gastronomy, large distribution, or consumer goods sectors. A good knowledge of the Swiss market, its regional specificities, and food consumption habits is a real asset. You have a perfect command of French and German, with a minimum professional level C1 in both languages. Knowledge of English would also be appreciated. Pragmatic, results-oriented, and solution-focused personality, you are recognized for your negotiation skills, your power of conviction, and your ease in creating trust relationships with various interlocutors. You appreciate teamwork and know how to coordinate transverse projects efficiently. At ease with computer tools, you have a perfect command of Microsoft Excel and know how to exploit data to support your analyses and decision-making.
