Product Owner / Project Manager Conversational AI (w/m/d), 80–100 %, Zürich/Hybrid What you move: Responsibility for the conception, prioritization, implementation, further development, optimization/quality assurance and the functional operation of customer-facing bots with a focus on the channels Chat & Voice Close cooperation and coordination of our agile IT Squad from PI-Planning, for the prioritization of technical implementations to release planning Central interface between specialist departments and IT as well as recording and analyzing requirements from the specialist departments and their translation for IT Management and participation in functional and technical projects for the implementation of Conversational-AI-Use-Cases with a focus on Chat & Voice in close cooperation with our core process teams ...and much more, that we do not yet know we will need tomorrow Why you succeed: You have a very good (technical) university degree with an economic or scientific focus (or a comparable qualification) as well as at least four years of relevant professional experience in a comparable environment You bring experience as a Product Owner, convince with a strong business mindset and excellent conceptual skills, are familiar with agile working methods and bring experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams. You have sound knowledge in the field of Conversational AI and have a high affinity for digital customer interactions. You develop practical chat and voice bot solutions that create real added value for customers. Topics such as dialog design, Natural Language Processing, generative AI as well as the integration of bots into existing systems and processes are familiar to you. Ideally, you already bring experience in the development and continuous optimization of customer-facing bots. You approach your work with enthusiasm and a strong hands-on mentality and convince through teamwork as well as through independent work. You bring excellent conceptual and analytical skills, work in a structured manner, find your way even in a dynamic environment, act confidently in agile organizations and convince through a target-group-oriented communication style in German and English.
