Your tasks

• Autonomous conduct of appeal procedures, including the drafting of decisions for the attention of the Conseil d’État
• Advising the specialized offices of the Direction des travaux publics as well as the municipalities (planning law, construction law, environmental law, tendering law and other matters of public law)
• Leading and participating in legislative projects
• Legal support for the commissions of the Grand Conseil
• Participation in projects and working groups

Your profile

• Degree in law
• Professional experience, preferably in planning, construction, environmental and tendering law
• Team spirit, stress resistance, solution orientation and decision-making
• Ability for networked thinking, efficient and autonomous working method, good linguistic fluency
• Experience with administrative procedures is an asset
