To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a committed personality as Head of HR. In this role, you will lead a multi-site HR team, be responsible for the entire human resources department, and combine professional HR administration with active leadership support and sustainable personnel development.

Responsibilities

• You lead the HR teams (Services, Development, and HR Business Partners)
• You are responsible for the strategic and operational direction of HR and continuously develop HR processes
• You advise and support the management in all personnel-related and labor law issues
• You ensure professional and uniform HR support across all locations and coordinate the cooperation between the HR Business Partners, HR Development, and HR Administration
• You accompany demanding personnel situations, change processes, and organizational developments
• You are responsible for the further development and digitalization of HR processes and systems
• You ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines, and HR standards
• You analyze relevant HR key figures, derive measures from them, and report to the management
• You represent the HR department to internal stakeholders and promote service-oriented cooperation throughout the entire company

Requirement Profile

• You have a sound education in the HR field (federal diploma HR Manager) as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable leadership function
• You bring sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and relevant HR processes
• You have experience in leading and developing employees and know how to motivate and strengthen your team
• You think strategically and entrepreneurially, but also enjoy getting stuck in during everyday operational tasks
• You communicate confidently, convincingly, and at eye level with different stakeholders
• You are a solution-oriented, trustworthy, and decisive personality with high social competence
• You work in a structured manner, set the right priorities, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• You enjoy questioning processes, contributing new ideas, and actively helping to shape changes
• You are digitally savvy and familiar with common HR systems and Microsoft 365
