Processing of customer inquiries in 1st Level Support via telephone, e-mail, chat, and other channels Providing information on products, services, billing, and administrative topics Support with mutations and maintenance of insured persons' data Active identification of coverage gaps and forwarding of corresponding leads to sales Reactive creation of offers as well as processing of document requests Ensuring high service quality and a positive customer experience Your profile Completed education or Matura Distinct customer orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact Experience in customer service is a must, ideally in the health insurance environment Completed VBV certification or willingness to complete it Very good German language skills as well as good English and Italian language skills or French language skills Structured, reliable, and resilient working method Secure handling of MS Office and CRM systems If this position does not entirely meet your expectations, you can still contact us.
