We are looking for
Administrative Clerk (m/f/d) 80-100 %

Your tasks

• Coordination of orders
• Order processing using the Navision IPS system
• Independent preparation and execution of monthly closings
• Recording and checking of work reports
• Creation, coordination, booking and filing of all orders / assignments
• Checking and posting of supplier invoices
• Correspondence with customers and suppliers
• Support of the site management in the administrative and organizational area
• Ensuring quality and compliance with deadlines towards our customer

Our requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training with several years of experience
• Proficient IT skills (MS-Office etc.), Navision is an advantage
• Good manners, a well-groomed appearance and a confident demeanor
• Reliable personality with an independent and efficient way of working
• Flexibility, resilience and communication skills are essential
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• English skills are an advantage
