You coordinate the MAN Mobile24 breakdown service and support international complaint management. You process technical and commercial inquiries from our service partners and customers. You obtain information from our partner companies and ensure a smooth flow of information. You support tenders and exciting projects. You maintain master data and perform administrative tasks in customer service. You support the organization and implementation of technical training courses. This is what you bring A completed training as an automotive mechatronics engineer/motor vehicle mechanic (passenger cars or commercial vehicles) with commercial further education or a commercial training with a technical background. Pleasure in technology and administrative tasks. An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working. Team spirit, flexibility and a high sense of responsibility. Good MS-Office skills; SAP is a plus.
