What to expect

Individual, solution-oriented advice and support for existing customers
Acquisition of new private and corporate customers
Maintenance and sustainable expansion of the customer portfolio through cross- and upselling as well as customer retention
Needs-based preparation and presentation of individual offers
Participation in customer retention measures and active prevention of cancellations
Implementation of sales campaigns
Answering customer questions about policies, services and billing
Representation of ÖKK at events and marketing activities
General administrative tasks
Fixed annual salary with additional bonus (no commission-based work)

What you bring

Completed commercial basic training or apprenticeship with experience or additional training in the administrative and/or sales area
Certification as an insurance intermediary (VBV) or willingness to obtain it
Strong advisory affinity and sales skills
Enjoyment of active sales and direct customer contact
Entrepreneurial thinking and independent action
Very good PC user skills
Independent, proactive and sales-oriented personality with strong communication skills and negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge of German and Italian, both spoken and written
