What to expect
- Individual, solution-oriented advice and support for existing customers
- Acquisition of new private and corporate customers
- Maintenance and sustainable expansion of the customer portfolio through cross- and upselling as well as customer retention
- Needs-based preparation and presentation of individual offers
- Participation in customer retention measures and active prevention of cancellations
- Implementation of sales campaigns
- Answering customer questions about policies, services and billing
- Representation of ÖKK at events and marketing activities
- General administrative tasks
- Fixed annual salary with additional bonus (no commission-based work)
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training or apprenticeship with experience or additional training in the administrative and/or sales area
- Certification as an insurance intermediary (VBV) or willingness to obtain it
- Strong advisory affinity and sales skills
- Enjoyment of active sales and direct customer contact
- Entrepreneurial thinking and independent action
- Very good PC user skills
- Independent, proactive and sales-oriented personality with strong communication skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of German and Italian, both spoken and written
