Reception Staff on an hourly basis

With your tasks, FORTYSEVEN will become an oasis of well-being • With your warm hospitality and professional appearance, you ensure that our guests feel welcome and comfortable from the first second of their stay. • You ensure a smooth and relaxed check-in and check-out, so that the stay for our guests is completely pleasant and stress-free. • As a competent contact person, you master guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and confident problem-solving. You always find the right balance between empathy and efficiency. Finally, you monitor the lost and found area and ensure that all lost items are found again. • You ensure a smooth process at the cash desk and sell entries, vouchers, and shop items with friendliness and competence. Your careful cash management ensures that all transactions are processed correctly. • You advise our guests comprehensively about our diverse thermal offers and coordinate spa appointments in the absence of the spa reception. You are the guide to their well-being experience and are always focused on making the time at FORTYSEVEN a highlight.   With your warm and professional manner, you will inspire your guests.   What I want from you • Ideally, you have experience in a similar position and have already worked in upscale hospitality or the wellness sector • You should be familiar with the processes at a reception or in daily direct customer contact • You master the German language in speaking and writing at a high level and possess good oral and written English skills. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage. • Ideally, you are familiar with our cash/access system TAC   How you should tick as a reception employee • You are characterized by your independence, motivation, and reliability and are a team player through and through • Since you are in direct contact with the guests, it is important that you are a cheerful and service-oriented person. The well-being of our guests is your top priority and you enjoy fulfilling their wishes. You will be the face of FORTYSEVEN • You don't mind working in shifts, on weekends, or on public holidays, but you enjoy at least one free weekend per month • For these tasks, it is important that you have good physical fitness and are used to being on your feet all day. Also remember that we always have warm temperatures and the humidity in a thermal bath can be very high - you should like that   Your wage If you bring the necessary knowledge and experience for this position, we would be pleased to make you a fair salary offer between CHF 26.- to CHF 27.- per hour. If you do not meet all the requirements, we will also be happy to receive your application.
