Tasks

• You support internal users and provide IT support in various specialist areas
• You analyze and process incidents and service requests in First Level Support
• You create and process tickets and documentation in the Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence
• You assess the priority of tickets and escalate topics to the 2nd Level Support positions if they cannot be solved directly
• You are responsible for the provision and staging of all hardware. This includes, in addition to Windows clients, printers, cash registers, various MDE devices and more
• You take over field support within the headquarters and at the external locations throughout Switzerland
• You maintain user administration and access permissions
• You support projects during realization
• You are willing to take on on-call duty outside of normal business hours

Requirements

• You have completed training in the IT field or are a career changer with several years of professional experience in IT
• Experience in IT support and ticketing is an advantage
• You are a service provider with passion, with a high sense of quality and responsibility as well as initiative
• Independent working is a matter of course for you,
• You are a team player and resilient, remaining calm even in hectic situations
• You are flexible in your working hours to be able to cover the on-call duty as well as occasional assignments outside of regular working hours
• You have good communication skills and manners
• You communicate without problems in German and Italian, French is additionally an advantage
• You possess a driving license Cat. B and have your own car
