• You develop and are responsible for fire protection concepts for a wide variety of construction projects.
• You identify risks, derive measures, and ensure their implementation.
• You plan, coordinate, and accompany integral tests.
• You ensure quality in structural, technical, and organizational fire protection.
• You advise and support our customers in operational fire protection along the entire life cycle: from implementation to the sustainable assurance of operations.
• You are the central contact person for clients, authorities, and project participants.
• You lead and manage projects and mandates with overall operational responsibility.
• You undertake advisory mandates, overall project management, as well as client representation.
• You coordinate and lead internal as well as external planning teams in the role of the QA responsible
• You have at least the professional certificate Fachperson Brandmeldeanlagen VKF and are willing to undergo further training. Ideally, you already possess a qualification as Brandschutzfachperson VKF or Brandschutzexpert:in VKF.
• You already have experience in project management.
• You have sound fire protection technical know-how.[MB1]
• You work in a structured, organized, independent, and efficient manner and maintain an overview even in complex projects.
• You have very good Excel skills; CAD experience is an advantage.
• You communicate with negotiation certainty in French and have sound specialist knowledge in German.
• You possess a category B driver's license as well as an irreproachable reputation.
• You are willing to work at the Schönbühl location at least once per week.
