Your mission

For our client, we are looking for a communicative and sales-oriented personality in the field of customer advice and member support. In this varied position, you are the first point of contact for members and customers, advise them competently on various products and services, and actively contribute to customer satisfaction and sales success. Telephone advice and support for members and customers. Competent and independent processing of incoming customer inquiries. Active sales and holistic advice on the offered products and services. Creation of offers as well as processing of the resulting correspondence. Building and maintaining long-term and sustainable customer and member relationships. Ensuring high service quality as well as professional and customer-oriented advice. Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service.

Your profile

Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification. Initial professional experience in customer contact, in customer advice or in sales is an advantage. Very good German and Italian skills in spoken and written form. Strong communication skills as well as enjoyment of telephone customer contact. Sales flair and enthusiasm for needs-oriented customer advice. High customer and service orientation as well as a friendly and professional appearance. Independent, reliable and structured way of working. Teamwork skills, commitment and enjoyment in working with others.
