Your tasks ## As F&B Training Manager, you ensure the sustainable development of our employees and the quality in the entire Food & Beverage area. • Implementation of Coaching-on-the-Floor sessions, quality accompaniments and service checks in the individual restaurants • Responsibility for the operational training strategy in the Food & Beverage area in close coordination with the operational managers according to current needs • Planning and implementation of training, individual development plans, as well as onboarding of new employees • Implementation and compliance with Forbes-, LQA- and SDH-standards, taking into account internal processes and ISO-guidelines • Creation and evaluation of monthly training plans as well as continuous optimization of the training structure • Creation, maintenance and ongoing updating of SOPs, work instructions, as well as support for different projects • As part of the opening of our three restaurants in December 2026, you will take on a central role in the structured onboarding of new employees and ensure, together with the operational managers, a smooth induction and the consistent implementation of our quality and service standards from the start Your profile ## You have in-depth experience in the Food & Beverage area and move confidently between operational implementation, employee development and quality management: • Several years of professional experience in the Food & Beverage area, ideally in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy • Practical experience in training, employee development, coaching or quality management is an advantage • Structured, independent and responsible way of working with high self-initiative • Enjoyment of promoting employees, further developing service quality and being operationally present • Good German and English language skills, additional languages are an advantage
