For our site in Laufen / BL, we are looking for a : Dispatcher/Customer Service Agent 100 % (m/f/d) In this versatile role, you will support and complement the existing team in the planning of our service technicians. What tasks await you with us: • Planning (organization of appointments and routes for field service technicians) • Receipt and processing of service and claim notifications • Management of service cases in CRM and SAP • Contact person for various customer inquiries • Invoicing of service orders and material via CRM and SAP • Material orders for service orders and for customer service stock • General administrative tasks What we expect from you professionally: You have already acquired professional experience in planning and customer service. Furthermore, you enjoy telephone contact with our customers. You speak German and preferably have good knowledge of French and/or Italian. You are comfortable with computers (MS Office, possibly SAP). You are a communicative and customer-oriented team player who keeps a cool head even in stressful moments. A position for you?
