We are currently mandated by our client, a high-standing hotel located in the resort of Zermatt in Valais, for the recruitment of a dynamic and committed professional who will occupy the position Cluster Reservations Manager M/F Job Description You will supervise all individual and group reservations via the various distribution channels, while ensuring the optimization of availability, rates and the occupancy rate. You will guarantee the accuracy of data as well as compliance with the quality and service standards specific to the establishment. In close collaboration with the Front Office, Sales, Events and Revenue Management teams, you will ensure fluid communication and efficient coordination of daily operations. You will also be in charge of the supervision, training and support of the reservations team, in order to maintain a high level of performance and engagement. Your role will also involve managing complex requests, VIP clients as well as potential complaints, with professionalism, reactivity and attention to detail. Finally, you will actively participate in the continuous improvement of the department's procedures and performance, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and internal processes. Profile sought You benefit from hotel management training or experience deemed equivalent and justify confirmed experience in a similar function within a high-end or luxury hotel establishment. You perfectly master reservation operations as well as the main PMS and CRS tools. Equipped with excellent organizational and analytical skills, you are recognized for your natural leadership, your ability to unite teams and your keen sense of service quality. You demonstrate rigor, reactivity and a real solution orientation in your way of working. You perfectly master French and English, any other language constituting a real asset.
