Payroll Team Leader (m/f)

Your tasks

• As a manager, you take on the functional and personnel responsibility for our payroll team, consisting of four payroll specialists and one student employee.
• You are responsible for the entire payroll area at Kispi and ensure correct, timely, and legally compliant wage processing for around 3'000 employees.
• You are responsible for the annual financial statements in the payroll area in cooperation with Finance and simultaneously ensure compliance with all compliance and social insurance regulations.
• As a competent contact person, you advise employees and managers on wage and social insurance topics and represent Kispi towards authorities, social insurance institutions, and auditing bodies.
• You actively drive the continuous optimization, digitalization, and automation of our payroll processes.
• You promote your team professionally and personally, provide orientation, and support individual development through coaching.
• As a Key User of the wage system Nexus Hospis, you are the functional contact person for your team and form the interface to IT and the system provider.
• You participate actively in cross-departmental HR projects and, as a member of the HR Services management team, contribute to the strategic further development of the department.

Your profile

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification, supplemented by further training in the field of payroll, social insurance, or Human Resources (e.g., social insurance certificate, payroll diploma)
• Several years of sound professional experience in payroll processing, ideally in a larger or hospital environment
• Leadership experience as well as the ability to support and develop employees in an appreciative manner
• Very good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance and wage system as well as confident handling of common HR/wage systems and MS Office
• Experience with relevant payroll systems (e.g., Polypoint, Hospis, d.3) is an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and quality-conscious way of working with a sense for process optimization and digitalization
• Proficient German in spoken and written form; other language skills are an advantage

Your salary ##

At a 100% workload, your gross salary is expected to be between 110'000 and 124'000 Franken per year.

The exact salary level depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are provided for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
