Deputy Rayon Manager in In-house Bakery

Tasks • What a delicious aroma! As a deputy, you manage the in-house bakery department with the goal of offering our customers a pleasant shopping experience in terms of freshness and quality. • You produce homemade bread and pastries with great care. • You ensure that the products offered on the shelves are always available and make our customers' mouths water.   • The concerns of our customers are close to your heart and you always respond kindly to their questions or wishes.  • In the absence of the Rayon management, you take over responsibility for the department with full enthusiasm. Requirements • You have already gained professional experience in a bakery or, ideally, have completed basic training as a baker or confectioner. • Knowledge of the goods in the area of responsibility bread/baked goods is an advantage. • You are always fully committed in the service of the customers. • You have a very good command of the German language in spoken and written form. • Are you absolutely confident in handling new IT tools?
