About the role
As an investigation specialist, your main mission is to guarantee the accuracy of the group's securities and funds accounts. You analyze and resolve discrepancies between internal positions and external statements within a dynamic team.
Tasks
The role focuses on the control, analysis, and resolution of securities and funds position discrepancies via reconciliation tools and manual investigations.
Perform the reconciliation of securities and funds positions across all bank entities
Manually enter non-automated statements, particularly for Hedge Funds.
Identify and analyze the origin of the observed discrepancies.
Establish and ensure rigorous follow-up of the suspense list.
Proactively claim missing documents and statements from administrators.
Conduct in-depth investigations to resolve transaction errors.
Collaborate with internal teams to adjust discrepancies and improve data reliability.
We are looking for
Banking or accounting training (CFC, Brevet or Bachelor HES)
Knowledge of back-office operational activities
Excellent investigation skills and analytical rigor.
Knowledge of GTMatch and GTExchange tools
An asset if you possess
Proficiency in Globus software.
Knowledge of GTMatch or GTExchange reconciliation tools.
Higher education in Financial Management.
