Project Coordinator Industrial Construction (m/f/d) 80-100%

Rivella is continuously developing its entire production and supply chain landscape. To this end, we are specifically expanding our project organization.
In this role, you are the central hub of the project and ensure that information, decisions, and tasks converge in a structured, binding, and efficient manner. You will support the project management in daily operational business and ensure that planning turns into implementation and that many participants become a functioning whole.

• You support the project management as a right hand in complex new construction and investment projects
• You ensure operational project control as well as the structured coordination of all participants
• You take on the central hub function between internal specialist departments, external planners, construction partners, and suppliers
• You ensure that interfaces between construction, process, and technical infrastructure function smoothly
• You actively manage topics, follow them up consistently, and ensure commitment in implementation
• Experience in project planning, control, or complex coordination (ideally in an industrial or construction environment)
• Ability to structure complex topics and maintain an overview
• Confidence in dealing with different stakeholders
• Clear, precise, and binding communication
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working
