This is a fixed-term position of 6 months, created to meet the growing needs of B2B student cohorts, with the possibility of extension depending on program requirements and institutional needs.
The role acts as a reliable and accessible point of contact, helping students navigate campus services, understand institutional processes, and adapt to life in Switzerland. The selected candidate will provide practical advice, answer daily questions, support students in resolving common challenges, and ensure they receive the necessary help from the appropriate departments when required.
While B2B student support is a key priority, the role is part of the Student Services team and may support the wider student population as needed.
