Your tasks

• You take over kitchen responsibility during the absence of the chef
• You take special needs of our residents into account and are responsible for the implementation, such as special food forms and diets
• You supervise our apprentice
• Assistance with menu planning
• Independent management of all stations
• Co-responsibility for ordering groceries and inventory management
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines, HACCP

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Koch / Köchin EFZ
• High quality awareness
• Joy and enthusiasm for contemporary forms of catering
• Some years of professional experience in the à-la-carte and banquet sector
• Good communication skills in German language
