Our culinary offering is adapted to the respective seasons five to seven times a year and designed with fresh products from the region. To lead our restaurant, we are looking for a committed, experienced, and strong leadership personality as of 01. August 2026 or by arrangement. You are responsible for the smooth running of service, the organization and implementation of events and banquets, as well as the further development of our guest service and our employees. Together with the Head of Hotel Management, you will lead our Hotel & Restaurant „zum goldenen Kopf“ and represent our business internally and externally. Your tasks • Management including scheduling and coordination of the service team • Ensuring an excellent guest experience • Planning and implementation of events and banquets • Collaboration in the planning of the menu and wine selection • Responsibility for the monthly F&B inventory • Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and operational processes Your profile • Completed apprenticeship as Restaurant Specialist EFZ • Joy and passion for your guests • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant & hotel sector • Further training such as G1, Head of Restauration with federal diploma or Sommelier with federal diploma • Leadership competence, organizational talent, and joy in dealing with guests • Flexibility, commitment, and team spirit • Host personality with a well-groomed and sympathetic appearance • Very good German skills (including Swiss German) in spoken and written form We offer • A varied and responsible area of responsibility • A motivated team and an open, family-like leadership culture • The opportunity to help shape processes and implement your own ideas • Modern working conditions in a tradition-rich house • Attractive employment conditions
