Your advantages at La Poste. We offer an equitable salary which, depending on experience and skills, evolves between CHF 70’000 and CHF 80’000 per year (100% employment rate). Promising applications are welcome even if the skills differ from the position; in this case, the salary may be slightly lower or higher than the range. Make the difference. • You ensure the management of orders, invoices and data in the CAFM tool Planon, ensuring their accuracy and follow-up. • The coordination of planning (on-call, absences, replacements and training) is part of your daily life and guarantees optimal organization. • You create, publish and analyze KPI reports to support the steering of Facility Management activities. • You take charge of administrative processes such as accidents, medical certificates, contracts and special mandates. • In direct support to the Facility Management managers and the field teams, you actively contribute to the smooth running of operations. • You organize internal communication and actively participate in the implementation of internal events.
