What you bring with you:

• A commercial vocational training and relevant further training in HR, for example in personnel or social insurance.
• At least five years of HR experience as well as sound knowledge of payroll processes and social insurance – this experience is indispensable for the position.
• Enjoyment of digital work tools and confident handling of Excel, ERP systems and cloud-based HR solutions. Abacus knowledge is a clear advantage.
• Understanding of labor law, social insurance law and regulatory requirements as well as diligence in their compliance.
• An independent, responsible and service-oriented way of working. You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a team.
• Fluent German skills and very good French skills for advising the locations in the Romandie.
• Ideally experience with several companies, different locations and collective labor agreements (GAV).
